Aladdin

 

This is one of my favorite Disney movies.  It’s well scripted. Just another Disney success…

It has so many hilarious lines. Some you don’t realize are funny until you listen a little closer. I think my fav character in this movie is Genie. He has small unnoticeable lines that once you notice you die of laughter.

These are just a few. Here is one of my favorites

“Excuse me. Are you looking at me? Did you rub my lamp? Did you wake me up? Did you bring me here? And all the sudden you walking out on me? I don’t think so. Not right now your gettin you wishes, so SIT DOWN”

Though I think that Genie is the funniest in this movie I have to admit that other characters have their moments too. For example, Aladdin is a funny character. He, like Genie, slips little punch lines that are pretty funny too. Think about it…he is some “street-rat” who hangs with a monkey…plus they commit crimes together…..That’s some funny stuff if you ask me.

The songs in Aladdin are great… My favorite is “Friend Like Me” However one of my friends fav is “A Whole New World”  I have to hand it to Disney. Back then they really knew what they were doing. In my opinion this is one of the best Disney movies. Each character has its own qualities and their own humor.  I love it and will watch it anytime.
